Rian is an accomplished dispute resolution lawyer with particular expertise in competition law, commercial litigation, insolvency, and restructuring. He advises clients on complex commercial disputes, regulatory proceedings, and restructuring and insolvency matters.

Rian has represented corporations, business groups, creditors, and debtors in a wide range of high-profile disputes and insolvency proceedings, including competition law cases before the Indonesian Competition Commission (KPPU), the Indonesian courts, and the Supreme Court. He also serves as a receiver and administrator in PKPU and bankruptcy proceedings.

Rian holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, and a Master of Laws from Universitas Gadjah Mada. He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia.

He is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), the Indonesian Receivers and Administrators Association (IKAPI), and the Indonesian Competition Lawyers Association (ICLA).
