Henny is a distinguished legal practitioner and academic specializing in intellectual property, technology, and economic law. She advises clients on complex legal and regulatory issues arising from technological innovation, digital transformation, and the digital economy.
Henny earned her Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws, and Doctor of Laws degrees from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia. She also obtained a Master of Legal Institutions (M.L.I.) from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
Henny serves as a lecturer in the Economic and Technology Law Program at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia. She is also a mediator and arbitrator at the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution for the Financial Services Sector (LAPS SJK), a court-appointed mediator at the West Jakarta, Central Jakarta, North Jakarta, and South Jakarta District Courts, and a panelist for domain name dispute resolution proceedings administered by the Indonesia Internet Domain Name Registry (PANDI).
She is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and the Indonesian Intellectual Property Consultants Association (AKHKI).
