Andika is a seasoned corporate and transactional lawyer with extensive experience advising domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, investments, regulatory matters, corporate governance, project development, restructurings, financing transactions, and capital markets matters. He advises clients on complex cross-border transactions across a range of industries, including energy and mining, renewable energy, carbon projects, infrastructure, data centers and digital infrastructure, manufacturing, and telecommunications.

Andika holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, a Master of Management from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, and a doctoral degree in Public Administration from Universitas Padjadjaran.

He is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and the Financial Sector Legal Consultants Association (HKHSK).
